Esports is a rapidly growing field with new games popping up as a new way to play often, such as the newest game to the esports scene, Overwatch. This means there is always the potential for new viewers and for new players to get a chance. As in traditional sports the best way to get seen is by scouts, and these scouts can find you from streamers or from schools in some cases. Esports have even grown to the point of having been introduced into the 2015 winter olympics.(4)
